Venue booked is Panorama Motel Bathurst at 51 Durham St Bathurst 02 6331 2666. It has an on-site Bistro, Bar and small coffee shop so it's a one stop accommodation for us and only a 2 minute walk to the CBD. The last weekend in October was chosen as they have the highest number of vacant rooms available at this time. A group booking for 40 has been made for the Saturday night dinner. They have offered us a small discount of $10 for the 2 nights (it is Bathurst) and please mention Triumph Thunderbird when you make your booking. Group photo will be taken on the track and for the new members of our group - Bathurst was the location of the very first Flocking. A ride and Saturday luncheon will be arranged.
